Heavy Civil Project Manager Opportunity:

G&E is partnered with a fast growing top regional, listed GC in the Heavy Civil market in Wilmington, Delaware.

Due to their development they are seeking to add a Project Manager to the team that will work directly alongside senior leadership and be involved on flagship projects. This will aid in growing their presence even further in the heavy civil construction space, as they look to more than double their revenue over the next 5 years.

Duties:

• Oversee multiple projects across the heavy civil market.
• Lead the project team.
• Create and maintain project documentation and correspondence.
• Organize project staff according to project requirements and communicate roles effectively across the team.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring project meets required margins.
• Conduct weekly meetings with project team.
• Speak with Senior Leadership, Clients and Customers.
• Be the company representative with owners and owners engineers.
• Submit accurate payment requisitions.
• Submit accurate cost and income projections.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent of)
• 5+ years of experience in Heavy Civil General Construction
• Experience in managing construction teams
• 10 hour and 30 hour OSHA certificates are preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
