The Project Manager plans, executes, and monitors budgets, collects payments, and closes out projects. The Project Manager is accountable for the entire project scope, including timelines, quality, and communication. - Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets and quality control.
- Coordinating and supervising work with construction crews, subcontractors and clients.
- Interpreting architectural blueprints and drawings.
- Inspecting work sites for regulatory compliance and safety.
- Addressing issues and resolving problems that arise during construction.
- Provide reports and updates to leaders, project team members, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Knowledge of construction practices, engineering principles and building codes.
- Ability to read blueprints and architectural plans.
- Proficient with project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
