Job Description:
Job DescriptionExperience 2+ years of Project Management experience. Managed three full life cycle projects, overseeing project execution, deliverables, and budgets. Responsibilities Perform the following activities using QC's HCM methodology:
  • Project Planning
    • Creation of the Project Plan based on the scope of the engagement
    • Reviewing and approval of the plan with internal and external customers
    • Managing the plan and proactively updating the team for upcoming tasks/milestones and following up on late tasks
    • Plan updates based on approved project changes
  • Project Budgeting
    • Creation of the project finance plan
    • Communicating with the internal team on hours budgeted each week
    • Updating the budget and managing to the project budget
      • Reviewing and validating budget variances to ensure the project is on budget
    • Sending weekly finance plans to the customer
  • Project Execution
    • Leading weekly internal and external project meetings
    • Publishing weekly status reports
      • Confirm the projects is on track and timely communication of actions required if the project slips
    • Managing to the project plan and RAID log
    • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
    • Preparing for testing events and communicating entry and exit criteria for a successful event
    • Managing testing events to ensure timely execution and customer acceptance of each event
    • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they adhere to the QC methodology standards
  • Project Delivery
    • As the project manager, you are the QC lead and key customer contact. You will be responsible for managing client satisfaction from project inception to project closeout
    • Responsible for the successful delivery of the project and ensuring a referenceable customer
Qualifications
  • BS Degree and has or is in the process of obtaining PMP Certification
  • Prior project management experience exhibiting ability to follow project management principles
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with project team, clients and vendors
  • Must be comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing complex projects
  • Experience managing offshore project resources and teams
  • Must have proven track record of successfully leading teams through entire project life cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
