Your responsibility is to align multi-functional teams, balance commitments, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and safely for both people and the environment.This role is within the Advanced Manufacturing Technology team based in Pensacola, FL, and will be onsite. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Lead the way in planning and executing a new manufacturing line or upgrading existing infrastructure/equipment as the Project Leader.Master the development and implementation of work project management tools, such as breakdown structures, Gantt chart structures, and daily management tools.Maximize the potential of project cost/budget development, tracking, and reporting.Lead and guide project teams within a matrix structure to achieve success through recruitment, management, coordination, and supervision.Create project scope definitions, develop drafts, submit bids, evaluate bids, and manage contracts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contracting and General Contractor (GC) building activities.The job's essential requirements include:Coordinating internal operations functions to meet project schedule, quality, and EHS commitments, generating project plans, and resolving program issues. Ability to mitigate risks (50%)Apply leadership at the tactical level to hold multi-functional team members accountable for commitments to the business while using existing processes. (20%)Collaborate closely with contractors and internal functional leaders to make timely decisions to improve on-time delivery and ensure compliance with all Cytiva standards (10%)Utilize visual and daily project management systems to communicate line-of-balance reports to significant customers.
