Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Interior RenovationsLocation: Brooklyn, NY (Corporate Office in NYC) Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 Overview: Our client, a well-established construction management firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple commercial interior renovation projects in Brooklyn, NY. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 6 years of experience managing similar projects, a deep understanding of renovation processes, and proficiency in Procore project management software. The Project Manager will work out of the main corporate office in NYC and regularly visit project sites in Brooklyn to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery. Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of multiple interior commercial renovation projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate design, construction, and operational activities.
  • Utilize Procore to oversee project schedules, track progress, manage documentation, and ensure proper communication among all team members and stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings, communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables, and provide clear and concise project updates to senior management and clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits in Brooklyn to monitor progress, assess compliance with design specifications, and address any on-site challenges.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost controls and maintaining financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience managing commercial interior renovation projects, with a proven track record of successful project completions.
  • Proficiency in Procore project management software is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work from the corporate office in NYC while traveling to project sites in Brooklyn as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
