How you'll make an Impact As a project manager on the Client Onboarding team you will be responsible for the consistent delivery of onboarding, renewal, and decommission projects for new and existing clients. In this role, the project manager will serve as a liaison between the client and our internal teams while managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Summary of Location & Hours
  • This is a remote position with minimal travel expected to client sites or to our regional offices
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST
What you will be doing
  • Manages all aspects of the onboarding and offboarding of our clients, functions as main point of contact and coordinates the client, internal resources, and vendors for the execution of these projects
  • Creates, updates, and executes project plans - revises as appropriate to meet changing requirements/needs
  • Understands the components of implementing information technology managed services. (i.e. server & networking, workstation, communications, security services, and cloud solutions)
  • Verifies all deployed components are properly accounted for in our tools and documented in our ConnectWise customer management systems
  • Hosts lessons learned at the end of projects to highlight successes and areas of improvement
  • Participates in planning, testing, and training sessions as new products are developed and productized
  • Helps evolve team process by providing feedback to the team and management, participating in build out of new/update of existing living process
  • Builds strong relationships with cross functional peers & team members alike
  • Communicates effectively with clients and internal departments, hosts regular weekly meetings to ensure agreed upon deliverables are being achieved
  • Responsible for steady state turnover to support and account management
  • Responsible for review and confirmation of accurate billing prior to submittal of the initial invoice/bill
  • Escalates issues and problems appropriately
  • Performs other duties as assigned
You'll be successful in this role if you have
  • Minimum of 5 years related hands-on work experience managing IT projects in an IT managed services environment
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite of products, including MS Project
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail and process-oriented mindset
Required language skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally
  • Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public
Bonus points for
  • Previous experience in managing multi-faceted IT projects in a matrix environment
  • Previous experience with ConnectWise, ITGlue, or other customer relationship management tools a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • ITIL, PMP, or other Project Management and Microsoft certifications

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $60,000 and $97,000 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO.
