Overview:
PCI-GS seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our operations department. The candidate will be engaged in both contractual assignments and within PCI-GS's Operations department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, an understanding of operations processes, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all financial, administrative, contractual, and personnel aspects of contracts and component task orders.
- Lead cross-functional teams responsible for delivering high-quality program capabilities on schedule and within budget, managing subcontractors and vendors across multiple locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for COR, contracting officer, and client leadership.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including budgeting, resource coordination, and risk management.
- Work with Business Development to develop growth plans and operational strategies.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of project management experience in delivering professional services to the federal government.
- PMP and/or Agile certification is required.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Experience in process improvement and change management initiatives is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated values of integrity, respect, commitment to excellence, collaboration, agility, and diversity.
- Proven experience in organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions involving complex and interrelated project tasks.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in mentoring staff to maintain high performance and positive morale.
Pay Range: USD $135,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr. EEO:
