Representing a leader in the industry, we are searching for an experienced HVAC PM to join their team. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the project management process, as well as experience in the HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fields. Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Manage budgets and resources
- Coordinate with stakeholders and team members
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Track project progress and deliverables
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Travel is required
- Projects are throughout the 5 boroughs: Long Island and/or Westchester County
- Travel allowance provided
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Commercial HVAC and Mechanical experience REQUIRED
- Proficiency in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with multimillion-dollar projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must have OSHA 30 (minimum)
- Must have NYC SST 62 (or the ability to obtain certification prior to start date)
