Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Technical analysis of specifications in order to understand the nature and scope of the proposed changes
* Development of solutions and structured code following architecture standards
* Thorough testing of code change work
* Problem solving debugging and troubleshooting issues
* Participating in technical, design, and code review meetings
* Review and understand general business drivers and context for development projects.
* Create and maintain on-going documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added
Minimum Qualifications
* Solid technical skills - including design and coding solutions
* Excellent problem-solving and research skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills
* Good communication/interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
* HealthCare experience is a plus, but not required
Technical Capabilities
* ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, jQuery, MVC
* Experience or knowledge in various APIs like SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming API
* Experience with source control such as Git, TFS, SVN or Azure DevOps
* Powershell a plus
