They are Looking for a truly relationship minded Project Manager that enjoys working in more that negotiated, design/build environment, and wants to be a part of their Orlando office.
They focus on office, retail, industrial/distribution, healthcare, hospitality, auto dealerships, commercial and special projects. Strictly due to growth are looking to add this person.
Below are the requirements for this role:
5-7 years in the commercial construction industry
College degree in construction or related field preferred
A team builder and team player
Experience with projects in the $5M-$20M range
Ability to deal directly with clients
