The County of Butler is seeking qualified applicants with strong leadership, organizational and communication skills to join our Project Team. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects while ensuring consistency with ButlerCounty's strategy, commitments, and goals. Facilitation of County initiatives through implementation and application of best practice project management principles including schedule, cost, procurement, reporting and consultant manager in adherence with County and project parameters. Facilitate holistic, reliable and achievable plans to deliver complete and coordinated work.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a field of study to include Computer Science, Public Administration, Public or Government Relations, Business or Engineering and a minimum of five years of direct work experience in a project management capacity; leadership and communication. PMP, PgMP, CAPM and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
