This is a work from home with travel role. The company is part of the steam system engineering industry. This role will be part of a 5-7 person project team. Each project lasts about a month and a half. You begin the project by going onsite with the client. This is usually a Monday-Friday trip. Larger and more in-depth projects may take two weeks onsite instead of one. Then the rest of the project is managed remotely from your home office. You will work closely with sales, engineering, field service and your team. The hiring manager is a military spouse with five generations serving in the military. He wants to hire more vets. This includes transitioning members as well. He is a true servant leader looking for talent to grow and develop. Base salary plus 10% bonus. Full benefits. This role is expected to travel about 50%. Again, this is starting, and ending projects. You get the flexibility of remote work while maintaining the face-to-face side of the business.
