Job Description:

**Job Summary:**

The Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the timely and budget-compliant delivery of all Development projects within the organization. This position encompasses operational planning, financial management, performance reporting, and the documentation of departmental processes.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Provide consistent and effective project management for development operations.

- Coordinate Request for Proposals (RFPs), project planning, and budgeting processes with finance and external partners (CROs).

- Lead project management activities, implementing robust risk mitigation strategies to address delivery challenges.

- Develop, execute, and report on performance metrics that track progress towards business objectives, identifying successes, challenges, and opportunities that impact timelines and budgets.

- Ensure alignment and standardization in the reporting of metrics and analytics across all projects.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven leadership in a matrix organization, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards high performance.

- Experience in aligning strategic and operational activities across both medical and commercial sectors.

- Strong background in managing internal and external project teams.

- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and relevant compliance regulations.

**Education and Experience:**

- Masters Degree with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

- At least 5 years of project management experience in the healthcare sector, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, product development, or medical affairs operations.

- Demonstrated experience managing multiple strategic projects.
