Project Manager Atlanta, GA CINC is a fully integrated cloud-based homeowners' association accounting and property management software system that develops accounting, payment, banking, and management software solutions that support the running of the day-to-day activities of Homeowners Associations and Management Companies.
Job Overview As the project manager for CINC development teams, you should be experienced with Agile Software Development Process. You will be responsible for planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously for CINC development sprint teams and ensure that all deadlines are met, and projects are being delivered to the highest standard. You will also take the lead on projects, delegate tasks, manage the productivity of the teams, and enforce CINC SDLC.
Key Responsibilities - Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
- Organize and plan project tasks and schedules in accordance with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and those of the company
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
- Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings
- Manage risks and issues and correct deviations from plans
- Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
- Work with teams to develop cost estimates and project plans
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work, and leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
- Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management, ensure company SDLC is being followed.
- Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team

Requirements and Qualifications - 6+ years of project management experience.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as rich knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
- A proven track record of successfully implementing software development projects using Agile methodologies including 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple and competing projects simultaneously
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
- Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
- Balanced business/technical background
- Sufficient level of technical background to provide credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
- Must be detailed oriented, result oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate clearly and professionally with management, development team members, and customers.
- Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools
- A bachelor's degree or above in project management, computer science, informational technology, or related fields is required
