Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the Tradeshow/Exhibit Services industry with a keen eye for fine details, strong communication and problem-solving skills. Our Project Managers are responsible for the day to day management of multiple exhibit projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. We are entering an exciting new chapter in our journey, with 2025 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the exhibit industry and be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to join a family-owned organization with a promising future! To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty:
  • Lead the entire project lifecycle from kick-off to installation, including concept development, scheduling, budgeting, production, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, fabrication, and logistics, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Maintain close communication with clients and RES Customer Service Personnel to understand the clients needs, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
  • Conduct risk management and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations throughout the execution of the project.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to internal teams, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver post-project reviews, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in the exhibit, event, or trade show industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and budgets.
  • Strong understanding of the exhibit and trade show production process, including design, fabrication, and installation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site inspections, and on-site project execution.

Additional Information The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually, and individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits. Vince also opened an event company, LT Rentals, to serve both consumer and trade event business.
