Schedule: ONSITE M-Thurs 8am-5pm; REMOTE Friday

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and goals, ensuring alignment with scope while improving quality and efficiency.
- Guide team members to meet milestones, assist clients with new studies, and coordinate project execution.
- Meet revenue targets, manage expenses, and report key metrics.
- Prepare and share updates, reports, and financial information with stakeholders.
- Respond quickly to any project issues, assist with data collection, and present project updates in meetings with customers and collaborators.
- Monitor and report key business and project metrics, and support senior staff as needed.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with operations to prioritize activities and ensure quality control.
- Enforce GMP/GLP/ISO regulations and keep all project documents updated.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Engineering or other life sciences
- 3+ years of project management experience within clinical manufacturing or clinical research settings.
- Familiarity with GLP, GMP, CLIA, and ISO regulatory guideline
