Qualifications and Skills •Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. •Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT sector. •Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is required. Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) PM certification is a plus. •Skills: o Strong leadership and organizational skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Candidate Experience Last Used Candidate MUST have PMP certification through PMI or PM certification from Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA).
