Description We are currently looking to add a Project Managerto our team in St. Cloud, MN. The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving development of quality control products for use with molecular diagnostic assays. This position will be primarily responsible for products developed in tandem with partner development of commercial assays. What can I expect in this role? This is a full-time salaried exempt position working Monday through Friday 8am - 5:00 pm. Some key duties in this role include:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan including scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with partner to identify and incorporate key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, and manage risk, change, and critical path.
- Develop and lead strong, cohesive teams by driving alignment, accountability, communication, conflict management, and collaboration across teams and organizations.
- Consult with internal stakeholders and work within the PMO to manage competing priorities and allocate resources while balancing workloads across multiple teams.
- Schedule and facilitate both cadenced and ad hoc planning and working sessions, technical and design reviews, team stand-ups and stage gate reviews.
- Develop and maintain key metrics and updates to keep stakeholders apprised of project status, changes, issues, and risks.

- 5+ years professional project management experience in the medical device or life science industry
- Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Project Management certification strongly preferred.
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
