Experienced Project Manager At least 1 full Year of Project Management Working in Construction- Work consist of sewer, water, drainage concrete and soil cement Responsibilities Include: Driving company truck to multiple job sites Experience in utility contracting Plan and organize multiple jobs from start to finish Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met Maintain required project documentation Serve as a Liaison between client and field on all projects salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Enscor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. (At least 1 full Year of Project Management Working in Construction) Work consist of sewer, water, drainage, concrete, soil, and cement Responsibilities Include: Driving company truck to multiple job sites. Experience in utility contracting Plan and organize multiple jobs from start to finish Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met Maintain required project documentation Serve as a liaison between client and field on all projects Oversee multiple crews Must be able to schedule the crew members and plan to order the materials needed. This includes knowledge about materials needed for the job sites. Must coordinates subcontractors Must coordinate material delivery Must coordinate equipment delivery Required skills: Must be proficient at Microsoft Excel Must be proficient at multitasking, time management, organizational skills, leadership skills, good with deadlines and experienced with monthly billing. wearing steel toe shoes
