When our clients want a team that understands their ecosystem, prioritizes user experience, and understands what goes into the successful development and launch of an enterprise application, they call us.This is a perfect role for a Project Manager with a strong understanding of technology, user experience, and design. This role leads day-to-day maintenance of a complex, consumer-facing web application for Toyota Motors of North America. Responsibilities include assessing new features, troubleshooting bugs, writing documentation, and providing technical support. Additionally, the Project Manager will develop strong relationships with our clients and our internal functional and development teams with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert on our client's application ecosystem. This person should utilize a consultative approach with our stakeholders and will provide agile/scrum process guidance to ensure project success.There is always a lot going on so they should thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of one of our largest digital products, across multiple internal and external teams
  • Partner with client/stakeholders, consistently managing needs and expectations
  • Evaluate requirements and ensure that project deliverables are high-quality, accurate, and fulfill stated objectives
  • Collaborate with Account team to identify ways to better serve our client, as well as areas where we need to improve to do so
  • Manage day-to-day tasks of the project team and maintain in-depth involvement to quickly identify risks and constraints
  • Maintain process and project documentations in Jira and Confluence
  • Support QA and UAT efforts to ensure requirements and objectives are met
  • Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including, but not limited to, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint estimation and planning, demos/reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
  • Help manage Agile sprints - keeping order, process, delivery, priorities accurate and on time
  • Identify and remove potential and existing roadblocks that may hamper the team, allowing project team members to maximize productivity, creative visibility and troubleshoot emerging issues
  • Act as the first escalation point for the team and stakeholders to quickly address any problems
About You
  • You most likely have a college degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Computer Science, IS, Communications, or related field
  • You have 5+ years of experience in digital project management and managing cross-functional teams in a creative services, marketing, or design agency
  • You have a strong knowledge and practice of core principles of Agile methodology and development practices including Scrum and Kanban
  • You've worked with Content Management or E-commerce Systems of varying degrees of complexity, including WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Tridion, Sitecore, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Sharepoint, Teamsite, AEM etc...
  • You have a solid understanding of development and quality assurance processes
  • You are an excellent problem solver with strong technical knowledge who anticipates risks/issues and manages expectations
  • You're able to deliver under extreme deadlines and fast-paced environment
  • You're proactive and solution-oriented when managing issues
  • You have solid mentoring, coaching, training experience
  • You're level-headed and positive with a calm attitude under pressure
  • You bring a blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytical reasoning, a deep knowledge of design and development, a love of data, and an interest in the auto industry
  • You are collaborative, love team building, fostering team engagement, ownership and accountability
