Responsibilities

Complete Building Services (CBS) is hiring a full-time on-site Project Manager to support a large government facility in Washington, DC. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the facility operations and maintenance contract. The PM ensures that project objectives, schedules, and budgets are met, leveraging a combination of in-house, contract, or reimbursable support resources to deliver effective systems and services to the government.

The PM will also manage the business and technical risks associated with the contract and provide management and oversight for onsite staff and subcontracted areas. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and the ability to make critical decisions to ensure program success. The PM will act as the primary point of contact on all contract matters, including procurement of specialty subcontractors when necessary, maintain technical knowledge to operate and maintain building equipment and systems and ensure availability to respond to emergencies 24/7, 365 days a year. Salary range dependent on qualifications and experience $120,000.00 to $140,000.00.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

* A minimum of 7 years of experience in building operations, with a focus on facilities or project management.

* A bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and/or MBA

* Technical expertise in operating and maintaining building systems and equipment.

* Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex programs and projects.

* Proven ability to manage risks and deliver successful outcomes within schedule and budget constraints.

Skills & Abilities:

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

* Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.

Schedule:The PM will work on-site from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and must be available 24/7 for emergency situations.
