This position will work closely with the Data Engineering & Development management ensure implementing corporate business and IT strategies with a focus on business outcome and objectives. This position will also work closely with designated business areas and technical staff and facilitates requirements gathering, development and testing, and tracks and report project status to management. Throughout the project's life cycle, the Project Manager holds the team accountable for delivering the plan and works to resolve any challenges they face. Job-Specific Requirements: •Bachelor's degree is required. •At least 4 years of experience in effectively leading and managing Information Technology related projects is required. •5-7 years of experience in using SDLC methodology is required. •Must possess excellent resource planning, organization, time management and task scheduling skills are required. •Must have strong project leadership skills and possess strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills. This includes conflict resolution, teambuilding, Analytical, problem solving, and decision making. •Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. •Specific expertise or experience managing personnel in the following disciplines is preferred: o Web Applications Development & Data Management, and SDLC methodology.
