Summary:
As a Project Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across a portfolio of retail and specialty sites. You will develop, direct, and manage the project development from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to program objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for project oversight, coordination, and resolution of complex issues while reducing project costs and adding value to the business. You will foster strong client relationships and effectively address challenges.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expertise and management of multiple individual and multi-site retail projects.
* Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria.
* Develop, direct, and manage the project development from concept through completion.
* Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain documentation.
* Identify, manage, and mitigate potential liabilities and risks.
* Manage vendor and project team performance to meet contractual requirements.
* Oversee project coordination and resolution of complex issues.
* Develop detailed project budgets with defined assumptions.
* Apply effective project management techniques to reduce costs and add value.
* Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules.
* Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
* Monitor project performance against budgets, schedules and milestones.
* Act as primary client contact throughout the project.
* Build rapport with client representatives and understand project scopes and external
influences.
* Guide clients and project teams through the design implementation process.
* Contribute to refining best practices and standards of excellence.
* Collaborate with team members and contribute to their professional growth.
* Assist in training team members in project implementation skills.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Retail construction, including managing and negotiating with
designers, contractors and owner vendors; experience as a construction contractor is
highly desirable.
* Possess subject matter expertise, i.e., construction methods, HVAC/MEP systems, etc.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple / multi-site projects concurrently.
* Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and constructability methods
* Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently, including,
but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
* Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate potential liabilities and risks.
* Experience working with landlords, owners, and contractors / vendors.
* Familiarity with environmental hazards, remediation, and OSHA regulations
* Understanding of different jurisdictional permitting regulations and compliance with local
building codes
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact with
clients, including presentations as requested.
* Proven track record in project management, including budgeting, construction scheduling,
and risk management.
* Proficiency with MS Project and application of all PDS technology and tools
* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Estimated total compensation for this position:
78,000.00 - 113,100.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
