The Project Manager will spearhead the implementation of Project Management methodologies and practices to drive organizational initiatives, strategies, and processes. Primary responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing vendor partnerships to ensure the successful delivery of projects aligning with the business unit's objectives and member service needs. The Project Coordinator will create and regularly update project plans, track project progress and budget, maintain and communicate detailed risk logs, and create and present management reports on project outcome and status. Requirements Experience: Three years to five years of similar or related experience. Experience at a credit union or bank in lending, operations, or project management preferred. Education: Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field) in Project Management, Business Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required or ability to obtain within 12 months. Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution both strategic and functional levels. Other Skills: Understanding of API and cloud-based system integrations; experience with cloud, desktop, and business process flows, including system experience with Power Automate or similar system; strong attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills; and excellent prioritization and organizational skills. Physical Requirements: The ability to see, talk, sit, stand, push, pull, reach, grasp, use fine motor coordination of the hands; and lift and carry up to 10 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
