Job DetailsJob Location Big Ideas Learning LLC - Erie, PA Salary Range $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary Description Do you want to help lead efforts that transform childhood math learning? If so, join our team as a as a Project Manager! Your work will include:
- Planning and monitoring technology and production projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinating internal and third-party resources during project lifecycle.
- Facilitating project-related communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborating with management to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timeline, staffing, and budget.
- Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, documentation, and logs.
- Utilizing best practices to manage and control change.
- Analyzing project for problems and proactively resolve issues.
- Reporting regularly to stakeholders on project milestones, status, and risks.
- Organizing and facilitating project status meetings.
- Performing post-mortem evaluation of project and recommend improvements.
- Working with other internal departments as necessary.
- Managing third-party resources.
- Preparing and managing third-party contracts and invoices.
- Assisting with budgets and expense projections.

- Has a Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field.
- Has previous project management work experience preferred.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office 365 required; proficiency with Smartsheet preferred.
