An environmental engineering company in San Diego is seeking a Project Manager in the water and wastewater industry. This position will support the planning, designing, and constructing of water and wastewater facilities in the utility space. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing a team, budgets, and schedules. Some previous project experience will include budgets ranging north of 100M. They will be responsible for applying technical knowledge to advise clients throughout the project life cycle. This role is in the hybrid format. Masters degree in Environmental Engineering- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering- 10+ years of water project experience delivering and managing water treatment, water transmission/distribution, water storage, groundwater wells, and master planning projects- Registration as a Professional Engineer in California (or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of employment)- Experience in the design and construction phase of small, medium, and large-sized water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality standards
