Job Description:
95-100K Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: - Develops, coordinates, and executes approved action plans to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Works closely with the Purchasing department to identify and order long-lead items in alignment with project timelines.
Status Documentation and Communication: - Documents and communicates project status, including obstacles and solutions, to management and stakeholders.
- Uses strong negotiation skills to achieve consensus and foster cooperation across functional groups.
Project Management Skills: - Applies traditional project management techniques, including organizing and planning, setting goals, monitoring progress, assessing risks, and proactively resolving issues.
Manufacturing and Supply Chain Knowledge: - Has a basic understanding of manufacturing supply chains and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, essential for project scheduling and procurement alignment.
Leadership and Team Collaboration: - Self-motivated with a positive attitude, capable of leading and motivating cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
- Demonstrates persistence, optimism, and empathy to foster teamwork and resolve challenges.
Organizational and Time Management Skills: - Organizes and prioritizes multiple projects simultaneously, effectively assessing and addressing competing priorities.
- Works effectively at all levels of management, ensuring open lines of communication and smooth project flow.

Education Requirements: - Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
Experience Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a project management, scheduling, or production planning role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Preferred Certifications: - Project Management Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), which would demonstrate expertise in project planning, execution, and cross-functional team management.
