Are you an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager with a High-End Residential background, seeking to work on luxury residential projects in the heart of Hollywood and Beverly Hills, valued at up to $100 million? Established for 60 years, this construction firm is one of the most exciting residential construction companies in Los Angeles. They specialize in high-end projects and have earned an outstanding reputation for developing and promoting talent from within. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to help expand their new Los Angeles office.
This position is site-based, working on a range of local projects. You will collaborate with Superintendents, handle submittals, attend architectural and site meetings, and ensure projects run on schedule. You will receive a structured plan to support the growth of the newly established team in Los Angeles.
This role would suit someone with experience in high-end residential construction who is eager to work alongside some of the best technical professionals in the industry.
