Job Title: Project Manager, Video Insights

Location: HYBRID Denver (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Engagement: Long-term Contract

Rate: $60-$65/hr. (DOE)

Included: As a Brooksource consultant working directly with our client, you will be a W2 employee with full-time 40 hour work week. Comprehensive benefits (health, vision, dental), paid holidays, & sick time accrual (CO Based) is available to all employees on contract. Upon FTE conversion, the client's benefits package will take over without waiting period. For consultants who've surpassed 12 months on contract, 401k match & additional PTO eligibility kicks in.

[Client's] Video Insights organization is seeking a Scrum-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role will drive the intake and delivery of key insights, tagging, and ETL initiatives across our video platforms and products. As a Project Manager, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of data-driven solutions that enhance [Client's] video products and CX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage intake processes at the program level, coordinating projects from inception through delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Utilize Jira for tracking and reporting project progress, issues, and resolution.
• Lead Kanban-based project management workflows, ensuring streamlined task management and continuous delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, set clear agendas, and follow up on action items to maintain project momentum.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential project roadblocks.
• Communicate project status, issues, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within a technology, data analytics, or insights-focused organization.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience managing projects using Jira.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in video platforms, data analytics, or ETL processes is a plus.
