Our firm has been retained to recruit a Project Manager for our Client who is an Award-Winning Construction Contractor that specializes in challenging Repairs & Renovations and also Historical Restorations. Our Client has won dozens of Construction Awards in the South and Southeast. We are searching for a Project Manager to add to their new San Antonio office. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Commercial Construction experience. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science or equivalent experience
• You must be located in the Central Texas area.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
