Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Establish a project governance structure for effective project management of PFAS program from onsite.
  • Plan the project activities and ensure effective resource utilization ensuring operational efficiency and overall project performance.
  • Involve in day-to-day team meetings and drive the action items.
  • ctively participate in project discussions with client stakeholders and provide inputs/solutions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish parameters for supplier assessment.
  • ble to understand Enterprise level data and understand supplier responses to survey campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality and performance metrics for suppliers.
  • Represent the company in supplier quality-related meetings and discussions.
  • Manage onsite TEL team across all onsite locations for entire PFAS program.
  • Work closely with client PMOs to drive the program effectively.
  • Plan, facilitate, organize and drive workshops with client cross-functional teams as and when necessary to address challenges/risks of the program proactively and foster collaboration with various OU stakeholders.
  • Prepare dashboards and present program health status periodically and identify the risks related to the project.
  • Design and track various program performance KPIs.
  • s a part of continual improvement, identify opportunities for process improvement (Automation, AI etc.) and facilitate implementation.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Build and improve team efficiency from time to time by effective sharing and implementing the learnings from the project execution.
  • Identify the best practices within the projects and ensure its implementation throughout the program by facilitating communication and collaboration with the team members.
  • Drive huddle meetings (onsite-offshore sync ups) to identify risks and challenges proactively and provide timely solutions.
  • Train, mentor and set individual goals for onsite teams in alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:
  • master's degree in engineering, Biosciences with minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience and proven track record in managing multi-site projects as a project/program manager in the medical device industry.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing operations involving cross functional collaboration.
  • Experience handling multi-cultural teams.
  • Local of Santa Rosa, CA or ready for relocation as the position demands to be onsite - no remote option available.
  • Hands on PLM experience.
  • SQE experience.
  • Experience handling complex and dynamic projects involving multiple sites, business units, internal and external stakeholders etc. which require strong acumen to overcome challenges through innovative solutions.a
