About Our Client Our client is a well-established general contractor in the Hartford area, known for delivering high-quality construction projects in the healthcare and private school sectors. Job Description - Manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through project closeout
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients

The Successful Applicant - 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare or private school construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools
- Must have Healthcare or Private School project experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
