DescriptionHannah Savage with Robert Half is in search for a Project Manager to join her client's team. As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will primarily revolve around planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience within the automation industry, is a team player, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment,For immediate, confidential consideration contact Hannah Savage with Robert Half's Rochester, NY branch today!Requirements- Must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management role or similar.- Automation industry experience is required*- Demonstrated experience in Job Cost analysis and management.- Strong skills in Budgeting and Forecasting, with the ability to accurately predict project expenses and adjust as necessary.- Experience in Vendor Management, including selection, negotiation, and relationship management.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field is preferred.- PMP certification is an asset.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.- Engineering background is helpful but not required- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
