They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.What You'll Do:Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated.Direct the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of your job subject area and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.Work within broad guidelines and policies and explain difficult or sensitive information.What You'll Need:Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.· Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4+ years of relevant AEC industry-related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.· General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.· Proven experience with commercial interior and exterior renovations of retail bank branches and admin facilities is preferred, typical projects include HVAC replacement, roof replacements, parking lot resurfacing, electrical upgrades, small works, and other infrastructure-related projects and range in value $25k - $250k. the selected project manager should be able to manage multiple projects in various stages in values up to $1MM.· Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.· Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.· Sophisticated math skills and the ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.· Ability to travel throughout New England to complete site visits to monitor progress and report into the Boston office for biweekly team meetings and complete site visits to monitor the progress of projects through the execution phase.Why CBRE?A culture of respect, integrity, service, and excellence crafts our approach to every opportunity.
