Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee high-end retail and restaurant projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and client communications
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors to meet project goals and timelines
- Review and approve estimates, negotiate contracts, and facilitate project buyouts
- Monitor financial performance of projects, including cost control and reporting
- Travel approximately 25% to project sites across the U.S., managing travel arrangements within budget
