PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
* Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and production staff, to ensure project objectives are met.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and company quality assurance protocols.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
* Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future project management practices.
* Other duties assigned to you.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a bonus.
* Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the fiberglass or related industry.
* Previous experience with polymers, plastics, resins, and or oil & gas storage tanks is a bonus.
* A strong understanding of fiberglass manufacturing processes and technologies, is preferred.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
