Onsite Day 1: Hybrid Model: 3 Days Onsite Per Week!
Summary:This contractor will be supporting the loan servicing and operation support teams for customers with commercial real estate loans and/or large syndicated loans.
Duties:Assist with keeping ongoing Risk/ issue management projects on trackSchedule project meetings and ensure proper attendanceMove project plans and find the correct subject matter experts for specific activitiesBuild PowerPoint decks and assist with the facilitation of presentations
Projects:1. Very large and visible project with tech products and operations groups (40-50 people)2. Small project within team which requires tracking and coverage for several teammates on pto (10 people)
Skills:Must have strong Project Management skillsMS SharePoint - ability to create repositories and pull information from teams into a filesMS PowerPoint - creating new decks and revamping older decksMS Excel - pivot tables, vlookups, some light data analysisBanking knowledge - Loan operations is nice to have but not requiredAbility to synthesize information so leadership can digest it.
