About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills and technical proficiency to manage and streamline our project processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain technical reviews for external vendors and track the status of reviews and surveys in the OneTrust system.
• Promote surveys that are ready for approval and ensure they are approved and closed in the system once completed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and create initial drafts of presentations.
• Develop and manage project plan templates.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with new people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams, specifically in document management.
• Ability to extract key information from discussions and be an active listener.

Work Focus:

• 50-70% of your work will focus on administrative tasks related to projects.
• 30-50% will involve learning and implementing new project methodologies.

Personality Traits:

• Confident and approachable, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A keen listener who can extract valuable insights from discussions.
