This is a full-time position based in our office in Malvern, PA.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the delivery of key projects within our broader strategic programs. Reporting to the Director of Program Management, you will oversee the successful execution of individual projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a critical role in translating high-level program goals into actionable project plans and managing day-to-day project activities.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will work closely with engineering, product management, marketing, manufacturing, and other teams to drive project success. You will also manage risks, maintain detailed project documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and the program manager.

Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and deliver individual projects within the broader program scope.

* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

* Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify objectives, assign responsibilities, and track progress.

* Organize and lead regular project meetings, documenting actions, decisions, and status updates.

* Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using established change control processes.

* Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.

* Communicate project status, risks, and updates to the program manager and relevant stakeholders.

* Track and manage project budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals.

* Support the program manager in aligning project deliverables with program objectives.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering-focused environment.

* Familiarity with project management tools such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Project.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

* Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams across time zones.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic project needs.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

* PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
