Rockland, MA Full-time $120,000.00 - $180,000.00Posted 11/12/2024Position OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from initial planning through to completion.Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on general contracting.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, contract negotiations, and project management methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage project teams and communicate with stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software and tools (ProCore and Sage).BenefitsHealthDentalVisionLife InsuranceBonus Opportunities401(k) matchPTO and VacationFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
