WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Manager for our Columbia, Maryland office. Be involved in projects with our Construction Management Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.

Overview
The ideal candidate will be an engineer with at least 7-10 years of experience in water/wastewater project management, planning, design, and construction management. The selected candidate will have experience in water/wastewater utilities and facilities project management and excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage projects for the complete lifecycle, planning, design, and construction.
* Coordinate Project designers and construction managers activities.
* Manage capital improvement projects including project schedule, budget, and deliverables.
* Permit coordination.
* Constructability Reviews
* Provide technical presentations to project teams and other stakeholders.
* Perform research and subject matter coordination to assist in development of CIP projects.
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or relevant field
* 7-10 years water or wastewater design and construction experience
* Strong oral and written skills
* Familiarity with the practices and principles of Design and Construction
* Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
* Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with water/wastewater pipeline, treatment plant and pump stations projects.
* CCM
* Experience in establishing workflows and business processes
* Data and information systems management experience
* Experience in a web-based document management system such as e-Builder, Unifier and CM-14
* Ability to support scheduling for a program of multiple projects, including monitoring costs.
* EIT with desire to achieve PE.
* Ability to lead and conduct large meetings and work in a client setting

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $107,00 - $158,950
