This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with a required 3 days in the East Lansing, MI office.

What You'll Do:
Project Management
* Facilitate project-related meetings and discussions.
* Develop schedules to ensure timely project completion.
* Assemble and guide teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.
* Track project progress, create detailed reports, and analyze outcomes.
* Define and manage project scope, objectives, budgets, and resources.
* Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
Process Implementation & Mentorship
* Create and refine workflows, forms, and process documentation.
* Develop and deliver training materials for tools and processes.
* Mentor teams on project management methodologies.
* Administer tools like PPM systems for optimized performance.
Collaboration & Leadership
* Act as the single point of contact for project stakeholders.
* Provide informal leadership and support IT Managers and VP of the Project Management Office as needed.
Position requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree required; PMP Certification preferred.
Experience:
5+ years in an information systems role and/or banking industry.
2+ years in project management.
Skills:
Expertise in MS Office, Clarizen, MS Project, and Visio.
Strong understanding of PMBOK project management methodology.
Exceptional interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and align teams with goals.
