Project Manager

Hybrid Location: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Provide Leadership and clear, positive direction for a team of approximately thirty, Tier-3 Customer Support for a DoD application.

* Ensure successful accomplishment of contract requirements, metrics and deliverables using experience and proactive problem solving.

* Ensuring seamless team-focused operations by the team to support the client's Mission.

* Lead and Manage proactively identifying potential process improvements to improve support of the client's Mission and to progressively improve program metrics.

* Drive proactive problem solving and planning that includes the standard practice of creating surge plans and redundancy to proactively support variable workflows.

* Drive the standard practice of responding immediately and with a sense of urgency to any request from the client or suggested change from the client.

* Oversee and ensure successful recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and subcontractors.

* Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures (SOPs). Period review of SOPs to ensure best practices are applied to ensure continuous improvement.

* Approve work schedules and coverage requirements for the team.

* Responsible for the creation, quality assurance review, and submission of monthly reports to the client.

* Work with company leadership to set the budget for the project and to ensure financial success.

Skills/Experience/Certifications:

* BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.

* Must be able to work onsite each working weekday.

* Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)

* Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.)

* Minimum of Five (5) years' relevant experience to this Project

* Minimum of Five (5) years' leadership experience with progressively larger responsibilities in the public and/or private sector in the Customer Service, IT and/or consulting fields.

* Expert level experience with Microsoft Office products and Office Automation

* Prior experience with DoD (Department of Defense) or equivalent is strongly preferred
