Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating with various departments including engineering, service, manufacturing, sales, warranty, and IT to manage product releases. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with engineering, service, manufacturing, sales, warranty, and IT departments to manage product releases.

* Coordinate and hold project touchpoints with all internal partners daily or weekly based on the timeline of milestones.

* Hold teams accountable for project budgets, milestones, and timelines, ensuring all work is completed as required.

* Identify and mitigate issues immediately as they arise.

* Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the scope of each project.

* Handle all communication for the duration of the project.

Essential Skills

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

* 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing.

* Experience in project management, project coordination, and product release.

* Ability to read engineering drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

* Experience coordinating and managing product releases.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment

You will work in a recently remodeled building with new office space and shared areas including a patio, lunch rooms, meeting rooms, and museum rooms. You will have a large computer with dual monitors and a stand-up desk option. The role is a Monday to Friday position, averaging 40-45 hours a week in a business casual environment. You will work with cutting-edge technology such as lasers, cameras, and AI, and develop tools used daily by people. Our projects have included high-profile events like the White House, Olympics, and World Cup, as well as local school sports fields. We offer amazing benefits and a bonus program that has consistently provided at least 10% over the last four years.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00

Each month you will accrue 10 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) beginning the first day of the

month following your start date. In addition, you will begin your employment with 24 hours of PTO. You

may carry over 160 hours of PTO annually.
