Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Oversee the entire construction process, from pre-construction to project completion.
Client and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other consultants to align project goals.
Team Leadership:
- Direct and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety, quality, and timeline expectations.
Quality Control:
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and luxury standards.
- Conduct inspections and address any issues proactively to maintain high-quality outcomes.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Track expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Prepare and present financial reports, change orders, and project updates to stakeholders.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or budgets.
Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-end residential interior construction projects, preferably in South Florida.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
- Familiarity with luxury materials, finishes, and custom design elements.
