From inception to completion, we believe in creative innovation and utilize advanced technologies to deliver projects on time and on budget.DESCRIPTION:As a Project Manager at Lunda Construction, reporting to the Regional Manager - NE Wisconsin Operations, you will have the opportunity to: Lead inter-disciplinary teams across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects responsible for successful project delivery.Act as the Company representative with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, costs, and projections to ensure overall project profitability and accurate financial reporting.Ensure procurement of required materials and requisition of necessary equipment and labor resources.Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and key subcontractors; responsible for the project change management process.Deliver Federal and State-funded infrastructure projects in accordance with teammates and senior personnel.Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar from an accredited institution and 5+ years of related construction project management experience.Experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects with duties including cost report/projections, engineering submittals, work plans, RFIs, CPM Scheduling, T&M Billing, and Change Orders.Ability to manage projects, interface with clients, and enjoy being hands-on.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards.Ability to read drawings and specifications.Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook).Knowledge of HCSS, AASHTOWare, and Primavera/P6 (preferred).30 OSHA certification (preferred).Develop and incorporate Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans, and other documents as required.Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
