The Project Manager will work closely with the Merchandising, Fulfillment, Development and Product Management teams to build systems to enable Gemvara's made-to-order model. What You'll Do: Ensure that expectations for deliverables remain aligned with the ability to deliver. Makes the commitment to deliver to the management team and is responsible for meeting that commitment. - Ensure that the teams working on the projects are fully aware of expectations and helps clear obstacles to success. - Work with the EVP, Operations and VP Operations to build systems and processes that enhance the ability to deliver jewelry on time to our customers - Maintain the overall project plan for multiple projects, indicating all deliverables, as well as key dependencies, on projects. - Gather requirements from business leads, design the specifications, and work with development to ensure a successful outcome. - Maintain awareness and control of the individual projects via weekly reports and reviews and, where needed, more detailed interaction. Skills You'll Need To Be Successful: Experience working within agile development environment - Proven ability to gather requirements from business owners and work with development to deliver a product that addresses the business needs. - Above average working knowledge in JIRA, MS Project, and Excel. - Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence. - Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives. - Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
