- Manage and oversee the coordination and completion of all facets of a Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) office support service contract to include all duties, functional areas of responsibility, and project assignments.
- Support the Workplace Solutions Department (WSD) within PBGC to ensure that all funds and negotiable instruments received in the mail by the WSD central mail room are recorded, safeguarded, and delivered per PBGC Directive Number: FM 05 - 04; Receiving Funds and Negotiable Instrument Handling Procedures.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of projects to include preparing reports regarding project status.
- Be familiar with all relative federal government regulations, best practices, and procedures for the functional areas of the contract.
- Provide support with conference room services, laborer, and copy services.
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Support the other Key Personnel with resources and tools needed to meet operational requirements.
- Lead and direct the work of others.Travel Requirements0 - 10%Job RequirementsRequirements:
- A mastery skillset in Microsoft Office Suite Applications and SharePoint.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have proof of vaccination.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- A minimum of three years relevant experience.
