Location: Davenport, IowaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $85,000 - 100,000 per yearWe're searching for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to join a fast-growing organization in the Quad Cities area! This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity that offers the chance to make an immediate impact by leading critical projects and collaborating across dynamic teams.Responsibilities:Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful completion from project kickoff to full deployment, managing both large-scale initiatives and smaller concurrent projects.Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project-related activities, including vendor collaborations, communications, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.Lead daily project operations, manage resources effectively, and facilitate project team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.Develop comprehensive estimates and detailed project roadmaps covering all project phases.Collaborate on defining project goals, deliverables, and scope to meet organizational objectives.Proactively address project challenges, mitigate risks, and minimize deviations from the project baseline.Monitor project progress, resolve issues and dependencies, and ensure key deliverables are achieved within critical timelines.Ensure projects meet agreed-upon scope, deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks while delivering results on time and within budget.Communicate project progress, risks, key milestones, and outcomes to leadership teams and stakeholders through regular reporting.Evaluate project outcomes using predefined success metrics, ensuring proper testing, deployment, and post-implementation evaluation.Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and project management best practices through ongoing professional development.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets using appropriate evaluation techniques; escalate significant issues to leadership when necessary.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project.Identify and address potential risks early, implementing strategies to reduce their impact on project outcomes.Maintain detailed and organized project documentation for all phases, including progress reports and performance evaluations.Regularly measure and analyze project performance to confirm achievement of both short- and long-term goals.Monitor and adjust financial constraints to ensure budgetary targets are consistently met.Continuously develop leadership abilities and stay updated by participating in training programs, workshops, and relevant conferences.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience - 2-4 years project management experience or related area.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.Job ID: 1075218#LI-CELLA#LI-KF1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
