Position: Project Manager

Location: Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN

Setting: Hybrid, onsite Tuesday-Thursday; remote Monday & Friday

Contract Length: 12 months

Contract Rate: $57.50/hour (W2)

Overview:

Product/project development organization. The team develops programs that customers participate in related to clean transportation. This team also works with programs involving advanced grids. This position supports both internal and external customers.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Skills needed:

Project Management, experience developing financial plans, evaluating competition and market, communication skills, and relationship management capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree or the combination of experience and education that would provide equivalent knowledge
• 5+ years of experience in product development, program management, engineering, regulatory administration, program development, or similar areas
• 1+ years of competitive product development, demand side management, renewable energy, energy monitoring, energy information services, or related areas

Skills preferred:

- MBA, or other relevant advanced degree

- Knowledge of utility regulations

- Experience in the utility or energy industries

- Design thinking
